Genbook is current with all the available spaces.  When space becomes open it will be indicated on Genbook.

Emergency Eyebrow Services:  

If all space are booked and you need your brows done you can email kim@eyebrowenergy.com and request an emergency appointment.  If the space can be created the cost of that appointment will be double.  

Cancellation Policy

All services must be held with a credit card. 

We understand that everyone has things that come up - work, kids, or emergencies.

In the event that you are a no-show for a scheduled appointment, the full fee of the service(s) missed will be charged to your card.

If you choose to cancel or reschedule within 6 hours we charge the full fee of the services to your credit card.  Coupons and vouchers will be charged 100% of the value of the service.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our technicians' scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. 

We strictly adhere to these policies for the benefit of all of our clients, and appreciate your understanding.

If you arrive to your appointment as scheduled your card will not be charged and you can pay with cash or check after services are rendered.
